Traci Richardson

I first met Traci in July of 2010, when I was visiting my son who lives in the Willowmere Community in Charlotte, NC. There was a house for sale in the same Community just down the street. I called the agent Traci Richardson and the rest was history. I live in New Jersey so she had to hurry and show me the house as I was going to be going back home. She handled everything that I asked her to do without hesitation and more. Needless to say I did not have to return to Charlotte until the closing in Sept. Then in Nov. of 2010 I bought another house for sale in Willowmere; I had called Traci for help in negotiating the purchase of that house. Again, she did all the running around for me and I never gave her a problem that she could not handle. In March of 2011, I was watching another house in the Willowmere Community. Iit seemed like it was not selling and I was wondering why. I called Traci and asked her if she would go there with my son and tell me what was wrong; that it was not selling. Needless to say based on her evaluation, I put an offer in on that house sight unseen. I did not see the house until just before the closing in April of 2011. She is EXCELLENT . She is always their for you to help and answer any question and found solutions . She look after you very well and advice in a very professional way. Very honest and wont the best for you. She give the time , make you feel good with the process of selling or buying a house. I have moved 11 times in my life, all created by my job, except the last time for my retirement. In all those moves I have never known a single realtor who could stack up to Traci Richardson . She was incredibly loyal to me, the seller, and went to great extents to keep me informed to make the sale of my house easy and pleasant. She demonstrated professionalism and expertise through every step of the transaction. She even went on a planned vacation while my house was being sold and emailed me almost every day. I finally had to email her back and tell her to just enjoy her vacation. She didn't want me to be stressed about the house at all. She became a friend along the way, something that is rare in today's world. It wasn't just all business with her, she has a heart and it shows. At the same time she was steadfast in protecting my investment, and balanced with uncanny intuition, presented skills that to me could sell ice cubes in Alaska. She is very gifted. Traci is the best realtor we have dealt with. She clearly understood the local market, was responsive to our requirements and questions, and most important, sold our house in a short time. We received close to our asking price and she negotiated for us to rent the house back from the new owners until our new construction house was finished and closed. It's obvious that she works extremely hard and represented us very well. She provided great advice for preparing the house for listing and was there with us at each critical step including closing. I can't speak directly for the new homeowners but I do know in talking with them how impressed they were in working with Traci. For future real estate needs in this region, I would not even consider another realtor.

Traci was excellent realtor. She makes you feel comfortable and she's honest. My husband and I got a good feeling vibe from her and she delivered. She knows her stuff. She always got back to is right away and she was also patient.
