THE most patient real estate agent with a pleasing personality that finds one the best homes and deals. I truly believe, I would have not gotten picked out of the many offers for my new home (the one I really wanted!), if it wasn't for his nice demeanor assuring seller's agent that we are very easy to work with!!! At the end with his wonderful calm but firm disposition, he negotiated more out of the deal for me than I expected! Plus he stayed around for a bit after the sale and guided me during some of the re-modeling decision making. While I had actually started out with a different, less fitting real estate agent, he handled my wish to switch agent very fair and professional!
