By any metric, Tunisia was exceptional. Her communication, both with myself and the other parties to the transaction, was timely and relevant. Information was provided quickly upon request, and she was available at all hours to help me keep the loan origination process moving forward. When we needed to restructure the loan to address an unforseen underwriting condition, Tunisia helped reassure the client that he was in capable hands. The client provided me with everything I needed to satisfy the condition and we received the Final underwriter approval a week earlier than the scheduled closing date. The result was a very satisfied client for both of us.
