Tyler was excellent to work with during all parts of our journey to buying our very first home. When we first decided we were going to buy a house, we reached out to him just for some information about the process. He was so thorough and knowledgeable that we knew immediately we wanted him to be our agent. Tyler was very patient with us through the whole process and we found a house that was perfect for us. At one point, our original mortgage provider was not available when we needed to submit an offer, and we had to act fast. Tyler was able to refer someone who was ready and able to get us a pre-approval that same night. He was able to negotiate so that both us and the seller were happy with the end result. We were able to close on our very first house and couldn't have asked for a better agent to have help us along the way. We will without a doubt be using Tyler when it's time to buy another house

Tyler was excellent from start to finish with our home buying and selling process. We initially spoke to Tyler because we were interested in checking out the market and potentially selling our first home. Tyler was quick to get us an idea what was on the market and what we could reasonably expect from the sale from our home. Once we decided to put our house on the market we didnt have to wait long. Our house sold on its first showing and we sold it for our asking price.It was on to the buying process and Tyler met with us weekly (sometimes twice) to show us houses in our areas of interest. Twice we put in offers on homes but were not able to enter an agreement (both parties decided they were not able/ready to sell their homes). Tyler encouraged us to keep looking knowing we would find the right home. We eventually came across a brand new house which was everything we were looking for and more. With Tylers help, we closed in under a month and now live in a brand new home which far exceeds what we expected to buy.I would recommend Tyler to anyone buying or selling without hesitation.

This was our first time purchasing a home and it was an excellent experience with tyler! We weren't sure what to expect when hiring an agent so my boyfriend and i had originally worked with an agent that was recommended through family. Unfortunately that was not the agent for us. It just so happened tyler was recommended to us through a coworker, we exchanged a few phone calls and it sounded promising. He was very professional, very informative and gave us his honest opinions which we couldn't be more thankful for, especially this being our first time buying a home. He kept it fun through the whole process and was quick to respond if we had any questions. We are happy to say we found out home with tyler and next time we buy well gladly use his services.
