Tylor Fisher has been our go to guy for years. He does his research and finds comps for homes we look to flip and also rental values for potential buy and hold properties. Tylor is very knowledgeable in his field and if he doesnt know the answer he will find out what it is. He helped us sell our first property for the price we thought it would sell and also helped us purchase another property brand new where we have instant equity, in addition to currently helping with another flip property about to close where we have had to jump through hoops to close on but he has been there every step of the way answering questions we have,, even if it is after hours. Tylor is very knowledgeable about the entire coastal communities, the ins and outs, good and not so. I was fortunate to have had him as my realtor during this process. Tylor Fisher was by far the most personable and knowledgeable agent i have ever worked with. The home I was interested in was not actually on the market. Tylor went above and beyond, sending the previous owner a handwritten letter to let him know I had interest in the property. We met with the owner and arranged a showing and a home inspection. Tylor helped through all aspects of paperwork, was able to guide me through the financial side, and fought hard to make sure that I received a fair price for any the conditions present in the home that required repair. Tylor was very prompt with his responses and checked in on me periodically to make sure I was satisfied.
