- Tyrone listed and sold my home
Mr. Spiller worked with the sellers of this home. I was the buyer. His business practices almost cost me to walk away from this deal more then once. We received the acceptance of the offer after the time had expired. Mr. Spiller refused to list the home as under contract. Had people touring the home - during a pandemic - after the contract was signed & less then a week before settlement I found my soon to be home listed for rent on Facebook - which was done 1 week before. Quite honestly, had I not had absolute faith in my agent, I would have never continued the sale.
