I just wanted to take a quick moment to compose my thoughts about how effective Ulli is at getting the right things done right and done quickly while taking the time to ensure that all parties are on the same page. It is only belatedly that I was able to see just what a difference having someone of Ulli's competence representing my side made, in insuring this transaction was completed at all, let alone equitably, quickly, and thoroughly.I went into the process of buying a first home with the wrong mindset. I expected people to be good for their words and to be competent all along the line. I work at one of the worlds top design firms and depend on this high level of integrity being the baseline; this is the world I live in. My expectations are always high and my tolerance for incompetence is very low.While the process of buying my home was not smooth, I cannot imagine going through it with anyone but Ulli. She did an amazing job of managing all the parties effectively, of developing backup plans to deal with incompetence, and had resources lined up to fall back on as my chosen parties failed. She even kept me from flipping out by simply being available and calm, and equipped with useful options at every wrong turn this adventure took.I am dazzled by how smoothly Ulli dealt with all this chaos and it is a testament to her abilities and we still closed very nearly on time after one lender disappeared off the face of the earth the day before we lifted contingencies, after the next lender and their entire loan system went down for over a week, and with the seller gone on holiday with extensions needing to be signed. And she did everything with a smile.This woman is amazing. You want her on your side.

I just had the pleasure of working with Ulii Rieckmann-Fechner. She is one of the best agents I have ever worked with!!!! She represented the buyer on the sale of40 Pleasant Ridge Ave in San Jose. As you are aware, representing buyers in the Bay Area is a very hard job. We had 16 offers on this property, all 16 offers were all cash. Ulii not only brought in the highest and best offer it was the best written andfully as well asskillfully documented and presented. Had she not given me the highest offer, I would have given her clientan opportunity to buy the home simply based on her offer. She made apersonal connection with my sellers and I was blown away by thethorough job she did in presenting her clean offer. My sellers were very difficult. Two trustees that held this transaction hostage as they fought a family feud. Ulii and I were able to work together, in the best interests of our clients,and get the deal done. Both sidesare now happy which, is how all transactions need to end.I have been an agent since 2001 and this was my most challenging transaction. Ulii and I had to negotiate the transaction in the middle of this family's pain. Because of the disagreements, it was necessary to extend the transaction a few times. I know mostagents could nothave worked through this transaction more skilfully or professionally. We kept the transaction together and eventuallyclosed the deal without causing additional issues or turmoil.Ulli kept her head, listen to and advised her client, proposed actions, sought advise and made appropriate demands. She was instrumental in making this deal happen.You are very lucky to have her on your staff. I would recommend her to anyone and would hire in a minute. Hard deals are the ones that get agents andbrokers in trouble. She closed it and everyone is happy! Job WELL DONE!!!
