We went into 3 escrows before we closed with our second offer. Each one had a contingency to sell their own property in order to purchase. Pandemic hit right after 2nd escrow and they could not sell their property after their buyers backed out. In came the second offer buyer and everything aligned. Val kept us hopeful but cautious since we were in a strange market. We had many moments of concern and she would say something just right to make the panic go away.

Val has been a huge blessing to our family and is an A+ agent. I did some work at Vals property last year. I was thinking about listing and asked her to come by my house to take a look at a few things I was going to do to get my house ready for sale in a year. She was happy to come by and give her recommendations on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale, very helpful!Two days after she came over she called me with an as is offer for full market value, without even listing our property.
