This is an exceptionally well managed and professional Real Estate Broker, with years of experience. Simply asking them to make a free proposal to sell your property will overwhelm you with what they will present you. Staging and preparing my property for sale, plus the incredible pictures for the listing, is the difference between selling your property and sitting on it. Working with Valerie and her team was great. Hunter and Renee are so helpful and easy to work with. They are very good with local trends and on top of the process. They didn't pressure us and made it clear that they would work with whatever our pricing decision was. We worked with them for 5 months and they kept close contact the whole time. They went above and beyond to keep an eye on the vacant house for us and coordinate housework. All of the transactions were quick and organized. And they got it done...they sold our house!
