We’d strongly recommend Valerie Jarnberg. She is pro-active, competitive, upbeat and optimistic while also being realistic. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and very tech-savvy. We were selling a condo with tenant in residence and she did her best under challenging circumstances. Once the tenant moved out, we had buyer within ten days. Even though we were overseas at the time, we were able to do all the communication and required “paperwork” electronically through email, the web and WhatsApp. She efficiently organized two minor repairs in our absence using trusted licensed contractors. Back in the US after our trip, closing was easy and smooth and she and her husband even helped us move a couple of awkward items to our main residence. We have no hesitation in recommending Valerie Jarnberg and will certainly utilize her services next time we sell or buy.
