The entire experience of looking for and purchasing a home with Van was great. Whenever I had a question Van was quick to respond and was knowledgeable about anything related to home buying and working with investors. Van was patient as we looked and the online search criteria he set up helped us sort through homes quickly and effectively which saved a lot of time and view only homes we liked. Van was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and where highway routes were planned, which I found to be very helpful. Van did a great job in the negotiation process and was able to get the appliances in the home written into the deal. I highly recommend using Van as your preferred realtor. Thanks so much, Van!!!
