Myers looking at available condos and, if fortunate enough to find a unit that met my requirements, purchase one. Prior to my arrival I exchanged emails with Dimo. He identified and provided me with a steady stream of available units that met my criteria and served to familiarize me with the market. He was always available to answer my questions promptly either by email or phone and provide me with worthwhile advice. After my arrival in Ft. Myers, he patiently took me to the all the units which interested me and provided me with knowledgeable, sound advice on the pros and cons of each as well as the area in which they were located. The final unit met my criteria and Dimo advised me with my offer which was accepted the same day.
