- Vera and I connected, but did no business
We rented a condo from her that she owned. We had no working refrigerator for 2 days that she had a week to fix or replace and didn't tell us about the issue until 2 hours before checking in. All she could say was, "I am sorry for the inconvenience". No offers to help out, no coolers provided, etc. She is not trustworthy or honest. Please steer clear!!

I know that this review is talking about buying a home, but Vera is selling one of her homes and is renting. I would just like to say she is the worst landlord/agent I’ve ever met. I don’t know how long she’s been in the real estate business but it must not have been a long time; her customer service is terrible. I had to call her six times in order to get information about my application on her home. And then I had to text her three times and then call her for her to let me know that my Application didn’t go through. So unprofessional. Do not rent from her do not work with her she’s terrible. You will be disappointed

I rented a condo in Panama City beach from Vera. She withheld $30 of my security deposit without any agreement to do so.
