Buying our first and second homes with Vicki were wonderful experiences. She has an APPARENT wealth of knowledge from her experience and was extremely proactive and diligent in helping us navigate the home buying process (one of which was a tedious short sale). I've also referred several friends to Vicki who all ended up buying with her help and they had nothing but good things to say. If you need an excellent, patient and pleasant realtor then you need Vicki.

I contacted Vicki on a Saturday morning (possibly Friday evening) and she responded that Saturday afternoon! I was so shocked. I told her our situation (we were living in another state and hoping to find something to move right into) and she was enthusiastic about helping us. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly gathered some prospects and emailed them to me. I worked with Vicki for about 2 or 3 months through email and phone calls. She walked us through steps of finding homes, placing offers, getting inspections, and even estimates to have repairs made on one house (we ended up passing on it). She eagerly videoed the houses we were interested in and measured rooms for us. I am so glad I found her and she was never too busy to make me feel like I mattered to her. I will definitely use Vicki again in the future. I recommend her to all my friends and neighbors!

Vicki went the extra mile with her service and efforts throughout the entire process, which lasted about 7 weeks from initial contact until closing. She chipped in with her own elbow grease to get the house ready and did numerous little extras that added up to a sold home over list price within three days of listing.
