I experienced very poor customer service from Vicki. We made an offer on a home with a conventional loan through our credit union; Vicki insisted that we could not get a conventional loan for such a small amount. When my agent replied that financing was our concern, Vicki insisted on calling our lender directly. After calling our lender and confirming that the loan was valid she emailed our agent to let her know that since the house was not “move-in ready,” she would have to pass on our offer. What did the house need? New carpet—it smelled like dog. She did not pass our offer on to the client to make the decision. I would be leery of doing business with her as a buyer or a seller—I would want to see my offers and make the decision myself. I would want to know that my agent wasn’t going to take the easiest money, but would get me the most money.
