Vicki listed and sold my home
If you would like to pay thousands of dollars to have to constantly call/text to ask for updates after each showing, inspection, or appraisal, then Vicki is the realtor for you. She lacks the communication that you expect when you're paying someone to sell your house. When I brought up her lack of communication and how unprofessional it was and that I shouldn't have to reach out to her to get an update after each step, she gave me tons of excuses and even sent me a long, confusing novel of text explaining how great of a job she was doing. On the day of closing, she forgot when the buyer was signing papers and of course, I had to reach out to her to find out if my house had sold 4 hours after the time she told me the buyer was signing, which of course, was NOT the correct time (I was selling my home after I moved out of TN, so I signed all the paperwork days before we actually closed). Vicki did not make the extremely stressful experience of selling my house while I was out of state any easier, she made it more frustrating and stressful.
