Victor Nawrocki

Victor was wonderful to work with. We wanted a place near Disney that we could both winter in and rent out short term to visitors. He knew all of the local communities and their reputations and amenities. He was also highly knowledgeable about short term rentals -- What guests would be looking for, how to market the rental, everything. After touring the area and seeing what was available in terms of size and design we headed home. Victor kept his eyes open and found the perfect home in a wonderful community at a fantastic price. He guided is through the closing at a distance and we closed without even seeing the place in person. When we showed up 2 weeks after closing it was exactly as Victor said. I will never work with another realtor in central Florida because Victor is incredibly honest, hard-working, reliable, and knowledgeable.

We enlisted the help of Victor Nawrocki as our real-estate agent in June 2022. We had researched on YouTube a few agents that covered the Orlando area, and after careful consideration we decided to go with Victor. We always found him to be well versed in the local real estate market, we appreciated his knowledge and candor when it came to new home builds. When I contacted him, he was very quick to respond and asked what our wants and budget were allowing him to set up an online home search with options for us. Being out of state buyers, we had only a few days to search for our home. Victor met up with us the day we landed and we hit the ground running from there. He took us to all the communities that ticked our want boxes. When we were on the fence about deciding on a property, he took us to other properties just as a comparison to enable us to make an informed decision based on price, location and amenities. After making an offer on a home, Victor was involved in the entire process. He always kept us informed by phone, text or email and he was always available for any questions we had. He also would visit the property throughout the building process and would send us photos. He also attended the inspection since we were not able to. From home search to closing, Victor was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using him as your realtor.
