Ginny is a 28 year veteran sales professional having graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing management. Ginny joined the real estate industry in 1991 as co-owner of Kepa Development Corporation, a real estate development and construction firm located in the town of Southborough. Ginny directed home sales, customer service and financial operations for Kepa Development, managing the development of seven residential subdivisions and more than 100 custom built and speculative luxury homes with annual sales volume in excess of $7 million. In 1996, Ginny launched her own subsidiary business called Mint Condition, a professional home detailing and consulting firm that interfaced with Realtors and homeowners to help sell homes more quickly and for the highest possible price.
