Being first-time home buyer, I knew very little about the real estate process. I was a little intimidated by the extremely competitive housing market in the SF bay area. Luckily, Vivian made the whole process much easier and informative than I had thought. She always responded so quickly and efficiently to my questions, including responding at night and weekend and taking 2-3 hours to walk me through the various documents when I was ready to make an offer. Vivian has a very positive work attitude, which really helped ease a lot of the stress and uncertainty related to competing for and securing a home. I actually did not think I would be able to find my first home so soon, but because of Vivian's efficient work style and her ample knowledge of local real estate, I was happily surprised to be able to secure a home in my favorite neighborhood in Alameda! What I most appreciate about Vivian is her "holistic" service-- by that I mean that she did not stop her service at just helping me with the house purchase, she introduced me to great resources (e.g., top mortgage brokers/bankers, home insurance, etc.). My favorite question for Vivian was "What advice would you give me if you were my family member" and she always gave heartfelt genuine opinions, which let me know that she really had my best interest in heart. There were some incidents that I felt she went out of what a realtor would typically do to help me, and as I thanked her, she humbly and generously replied, "I must do what is best for you." I feel that Vivian is THE BEST realtor I could ever hope for and am very thankful for all of her top-notch service. Because of what she has done for me, I am hoping my detailed review here will reach some future home buyers in finding Vivian to be their agent. You will be in very good hands if you choose Vivian to be your realtor. Vivian may look young (or very young), but she is actually very mature, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking! I can tell that she really loves her job and likes her clients!!

I have zero experience with selling a house, so I asked a friend for a referal if he knows someone and I'm glad that he recommended Vivian. I had to move out of state even before we started the listing, so that means everything were left in Vivian's care. She did everything, from cleaning, organizing and staging the house -- to dealing with all the buyer's demands. She's very knowledgeable at this, thus my experience was a breeze, I had no issues working with her whatsoever. She is quick at sending over documents and responds promptly as well. I like the fact that she's very digitally inclined too and that made things move really quick. I highly recommend this agent!

Vivian was amazing! She was always available to show us the properties we were interested in. She would allow us to walk through the house and would point out the flaw she noticed that we may have missed and even looked up how safe the surrounding areas were. She was very patient with us and while working with her and suggested we look at a specific property. I saw the listing and just and clicked through it. If it wasnt for her knowing what we were looking for, we would have missed the opportunity of finding our dream home. Shes amazing, definitely keep her in mind when youre in the market for a new home.
