My wife and I were living, and continue to live in Washington, DC when we visited Palm Beach in July 2006. We fell in love with the area and decided to purchase our retirement home there. After returning home, a friend recommended Vivian Ferreira to us, and after spending the afternoon looking at a number of homes, without selecting one, we already knew that we had found the very best real estate agent in Ms. Ferreira. We found Vivian to be friendly, patient, understanding, loyal, perceptive, and very thorough. She never pressured us to choose, although she knew we were serious. From August through November 2006, she sent us approximately 15-20 pictures of potential homes. Finally, one month later she sent us two announcements with an attached note that read, "I feel sure you will like these two homes." She was right, and we signed off on one of the homes in December! The first time we actually saw the house was the day before settlement. We fell in love with it, and have no regrets! In fact, so pleased were we with Vivian that we recommended four friends to her...three of them bought houses! Vivian remains our very good friend. She is the best!

We moved here from Chicago August 1, 2015. By August 4th, Vivian found us our dream home. She went above and beyond, even working with us on her weekend to find the perfect place.
