All I have to say is my husband and I are officially home owners! We use Cali Home Realty for business so why not use them for personal? Vivienne was able to find us homes to look at within budget and fitting most of our needs/wants that we were looking for in a starter home. I am also not an easy person to work with ,very picky, and she was awesome. Everything was efficient and other than the small hiccups with lenders (which she assisted us best as possible because we went with another lender not through Cali Home). Escrow was able to be closed super fast. This is our first home, it was not an easy feat, we couldn't have done it with out Vivienne. I have used Cali Home Realty for years now. For business and personal. My wife and I recently used Vivienne Tran from Cali Home Realty to purchase our first home! She was amazing. We gave her a budget and some make and/or break criteria that we were looking for in the Orange County area. We had a lower budget than usual, and she was still able to find homes fit for our needs. Obviously Cali Home offered a lender however we were still encouraged to shop around for a lender to see if they would suit our needs in a home loan etc. She actually assisted us by giving us a list of potential lenders that she had worked with in the past. She was on top of everything when it came to home inspections etc etc. I was very satisfied with my home purchase and her ability to deal with my wife's crazy demands. I appreciate everything she has done and would definitely recommend utilizing her for home purchase.
