Walt made the process so easy explained everything and walked us through it step by step. Walt knew my job in the military doesn't allow me to be by the phone 24/7 and he took care of everything from start to finish. He even arranged the seller to rent the property from us after closing for a month. If you want someone who will literally take care of everything from start to finish, then Walt Simkus is your man, honestly he is a class act. He made everything go so smoothly. Anyone looking to buy should give Walt a call. I would recommend him to family. Any questions you can email me. But from the start Walt took care of us, for example, he recommended his mortgage guy, thank god he did, initially we didn't use Walts guy but after about a week and 30 phone calls later, we made the switch. Walt is immediate with his responsiveness via email, text, or phone call. His expertise of the Tampa, FL area where we purchased is impressive. He has gathered a team to work with including home inspectors and loan officers that made our purchase less stressful and more enjoyable. We were relocating our entire life from New York to Florida with new jobs and an infant, Walt was an incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful on everything from schools, neighborhoods, and local commute which eased our minds and let us sleep at night. What Walt didn't know immediately, he found the answers to and quickly got back to us. As nervous and anxious as we got, he never seemed bothered to hear from us and always answered our calls/emails promptly. Walt was our go-to guy for the home inspection since we were unable to be in Florida at this time. He took pictures and provided input as if he were buying the home for himself.
