Once I emptied the house, and before I had a contractor begin work, Wayne walked through the house and suggested various things I had initially intended to do. Mr. Joseph Chen and Wayne Cory has successfully assisted us purchasing a property recently. The purchase met the goals we set before the house hunting endeavor. The overall experience working with Joseph had been superb. Five star PLUS to the professional services Joseph and his team has tendered in my experiences. Joseph has been courteous and patient throughout the process. Joseph is responsive to all of our communication with him. We had not felt Joseph had turned down any of our requests. If he had done it, it was without our noticing it. He methodically walked us through the learning curve allowing us to understand the neighborhood of interest to us and its associated current market. In the mean time Joseph understood better what we were looking for. In each house we toured, each appointment we made, Joseph always arrived before we did, opened the house in welcoming us as if he were the host, a great touch. In the course of a house tour, Joseph always allowed us time to be by ourselves to allow us to be "soaked in", to feel if there was any "connection" with the house. Joseph helped formulated offers in professional manner at appropriate time when preparing for an offer. Joseph worked hard and tenaciously in pursuing the house we offered even when the chances of getting it did not look too great for us. Joseph is very resourceful, he appears to have good connection with professionals in business associates with our purchase. All the services referred by him worked out well, including a specialist in complicated 1031 program and title officer. Joseph continuously provided assistance after the house was closed. To me Joseph has been a great partner in the course of this house hunting for us. Joseph appears to be a great team player, every time I complimented his work, he would remind me he worked in a strong team and he was well supported. I have no reservation to give a five star plus to Joseph and his associates. I have no reservation in recommending Joseph to other home buyers.
