Wayne Megill

Wayne Megill was born into the business of real estate. Along with his brother Scott, the Megills operate one of the region’s most highly regarded and family-owned homebuilding and land development companies in Chester County. The Megills have proudly accepted dozens of awards for excellence in fine homebuilding, community development, sales and marketing over the past twenty years. Being a second generation homebuilder has allowed Wayne to gain unique perspective and industry experience from a very young age. Under the tutelage of his father, Wayne C. Megill, Sr., the apprenticeship of running a family-owned home building business began early.
