Wayne did a great job helping us explore different neighborhoods in Atlanta last year when we moved from Chicago. He helped us find our new home and made sure everything went smoothly for us when we moved in. To top it off, he was really funny and we had a great time with him during our tour. Thanks Wayne!

We moved to the Atlanta metro from out of state. We were in town looking for houses. We arrived on a Thursday and the agent we planned to work with told us upon arrival she was going out of town for the weekend and there was no one else to help. We contacted BHHS on a Friday night and Wayne agreed to meet us Saturday am to to help us look at houses Saturday afternoon! He was very receptive to our requests and very prompt in answering our questions. We were very pleased with his assistance.

Wayne was great! He was very knowledgable and always responded back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. We looked at many homes and I am glad Wayne was with us because he made sure we picked the perfect home!

My wife and I used Wayne's skills to get us a townhouse in our price range and location. He was very knowledgeable about the local properties and willing to go the extra mile in finding everything that we desired!

Wayne had been our lighthouse throughout this experience. My husband and I came in looking to rent a home. We were under the impression that we could not buy. Boy, were we wrong. After a few months of seeking all different types of homes, he showed us new construction and we bit the bullet and put in an offer! We close in about 3 weeks and I know with full confidence we would have fallen flat on our faces without him. If you are trying to find someone to help get you to your next home, and do not want the headache that comes with most realtors, please don't hesitate to call him. I have heard horror stories from family and friends about how awful their realtors are about ignoring you when you need them and how they pressure you to buy higher than you can afford. Wayne has a no pressure, laid back feel, but is always super professional and reliable. He never forgot to look into anything or to return a call. He would update us on any developments as soon as he found out.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Wayne's assistance in selling my home and purchasing the perfect home in a new town. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and genuine.

Wayne proceeded very provisional in advertising my townhouse, wide spread on the internet.He spent several weekends presenting my townhouse to interested customers. He examined candidates very carefully and selected a reliable tenant who pays the monthly rate I asked for.

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Wayne. He walked us through all of the ups and downs and emotional roller coaster of selling our house.
