I chose Michelle based on the numerous positive Yelp reviews. I hired her as my listing and selling agent back in Jan this year. I smoothly and successfully sold my 2 houses and bought 1 house within 2 months. I have never felt the need to write a review myself but Michelle changed my mind. I could not be happier to have her help me go through the entire complicated process. Everything was under control; her thoughtfulness and professionalism earned my 100% trust. I am a very detailed oriented person but before I even had a chance to worry about a certain aspect, she was already on top of the matter and had taken care of it for me. She truly puts her clients above all else as her #1 priority. Not only is she hard working but she is also extremely ethical in her business practice. Since we have finished closing escrow, we have even become good friends. I strongly encourage you to consider giving her a try.

We were extremely happy with Michelle and her team as our agents. We were first time home buyers and as such, had no clue whatsoever about the home buying process. Michelle explained everything to us and we were able to close the escrow on time without any trouble at all. She is very knowledgeable about the whole process. Michelle is simply the best and I would not have wanted to work with anybody else! My fiance and I are first time home buyers and have absolutely no idea what we're doing or what the process is, but Michelle made everything super simple and easy for us. She always made time for us in her busy schedule to reply to emails and text messages and showed us the properties that we were interested as well as coming up with potential new places for us to look at. Michelle is the best agent I have ever known.I met Michelle at one of her open houses in Brea in Oct, 2015. I didn't buy that house, didn't even make any offer. However, by asking her some questions about that property, I felt she was nice and professional. So, in April, 2016, when my wife and I decided to sell our condo and buy a new house, we hired Michelle to help us through the transition.Not kidding at all, we got 7 offers within 6 days. And the final deal was way over our expectation. I was surprised that Michelle wasn't just by herself like the other agents. She had an entire professional team working for us. She had photographers, she had a design team to make beautiful flyers, she had an amazing staging team and she even offered the house cleaning. We quickly sold our condo at a very satisfying number. Moving was something our family knew we wanted to do but we were also dreading it, and that's before factoring in the pandemic. On top of that we were moving from a larger home to a smaller home during a time when demand for smaller homes was higher than ever. We decided to go with Michelle because she consistently sold the most houses in our old neighborhood over a long period of time (we saw her signs everywhere), and I am so glad we did.From the first day that we met with her she was so thoughtful, hardworking, and thorough. She made it as easy on us as possible, which was important as our family did not have any experience selling or buying houses. She walked us through everything step by step, and with her expertise everything went very smoothly. She has a team to help with different things (staging, photos, 3d videos, etc.) and she knows lots of people if you need help with anything house related (inspection, renovations, repairs, etc.)It's obvious she takes a lot of pride in her work, and her positivity and work ethic helped us get through the buying and selling process as fast as possible. We sold our house immediately at a price we were very happy with. Any questions we had she was always happy to answer, and we were in constant communication with her throughout. First of all, Michelle is the one of the nicest and most genuine person you will ever meet. She is also the best of the best at her job, super knowledgable and professional, and her personal assistants do an amazing job too!When we first started our home search with Michelle, we were looking at new builds in a new community. Michelle helped us speak to the Builder Sales rep after hearing we were interested, did her research in that community, and informed us of the process. We eventually put down a deposit, and started to sign the purchase contract from the Builder. Michelle made sure to go through every single page and explained clauses that were unclear or unfair to us as the Buyer. After much consideration, we decided it was best to look at resale homes instead, due to unfavorable clauses in the purchase contract. We were contingent Buyers, so it was best to not risk it.About a month later, my husband and I found a home we really loved online. Michelle made an appointment with the listing agent, and we went to view this home with COVID safety gear provided by Michelle (masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, shoe covers). She was prepared and the Seller was even impressed with her professionalism. This was the first home we walked into and thought "this is the perfect home for us". Michelle helped us write an offer, and it was eventually accepted by the Sellers.Now our biggest challenge was to sell our home before the loan contingency removal date. Michelle was strategic. She always gave us options and informed us of tactics in order to pull in more offers. Eventually we received multiple offers on our home, and we were able to close escrow within 30 days to purchase our new house. After closing escrow, we closed escrow on our new home a week after that. Couldn't have done it without Michelle and her awesome team!Michelle and her team deserve 5/5 for service, professionalism, and knowledge. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!
