Wendy Nichols

As a resident of Bell county for over 35 years, I am very familiar with all of the different communities that make up our beautiful area. It is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Centrally located in the great state of Texas, we are only an hour from Austin and two hours from Dallas or San Antonio. We are also home to Fort Hood or "The Great Place" as it is commonly referred to. We have two beautiful lakes and a multitude of parks and recreation areas to enjoy the great outdoors! My real estate career has come full circle. I began in sales in 2004, then became the Association Executive of the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors and most recently served as the VP of Sales for a large brokerage in Harker Heights, Tx. I am now back in sales and it feels good to be back home helping all of you "love where you live".
