When I was initially looking into the Joshua tree area I called multiple realtors. I told them I wanted to invest in the area but I knew very little about it. None of them return my calls after i said that. People did. not want to invest in taking the time to educate me on the area. I found Westley through a referral from an architect within the area. When I spoke to Westley I told him that I like the area but I knew nothing about it. Westley was very patient and educated me about the different areas of Joshua tree. From there, we were property hunting and Westley hustled for me. We ended up obtaining two properties with Westley‘s guidance. Both transactions were very smooth and Westley and his team answered all the questions we had. We were very confident closing the two transactions and we cannot wait to do more business with his team.
