Whitney was the absolute best choice we made when it came to finding our very first home. She was always on top of sending us new listing and was willing to meet anytime to look at a home or answer any questions we may have had. The home we ended up getting was on the market for a matter of hours. As soon as the sign went in the yard, we were meeting in the driveway for a viewing. Whitney is tenacious & a very hard worker. She helped with the lease agreement process & walked us through screening prospective renters. She also assisted with the ad for our rental house. We had 4 responses very quickly & showed the house to all of them. We found the perfect renter for our house, got the lease signed, collected the deposit and the family moved in! They have rented for 7 months & always paid the rent early. We appreciate the assistance Whitney provided in making our first rental experience a painless experience!

Whitney was a great recommendation from a friend. We told her what we were interested in and we were from out of town. When we came in town she had a bunch of houses lined up to see. What made Whitney stand out most in my mind was that there was a house for sale that I had a screen print of. I could no longer find it online and figured it was sold. I told Whitney the house I really wanted to see was no longer online and that I had a screenprint of the listing. She asked me to forward it to her. She called the listing agent and found out the seller had only taken it down because it was getting cold and was planning to relist in the spring. We looked at all the houses she had lined up, including this one. Once we decided on the house that the seller had taken off the market, she did a great job at trying to find comps on the unique property and negotiating with the other agent. She often went out of her way to contact the other agent and follow up. She will never leave you hanging and she works hard for you. If you are buying a house, I would HIGHLY recommend her.
