Willette was absolutely amazing throughout what I can only describe as a taxing situation. My ex and I were selling our rental home in a city almost 2 hours from where either of us lived. Neither of us had seen it in 7 years and the tenants had not treated it well. My ex was not responsive, generally made things more difficult, and everything had to be duplicated to be sent to each of us individually. Willette was always helpful, kind, polite, patient, supportive and absolutely WONDERFUL in her guidance. She helped us determine what was necessary to getting the house on the market and guided us when we received offers that we weren't sure were in our best interest to accept. I would highly recommend Willette. She deserved 3x what her commission fee was on our sale.

Willette is a fantastic real estate broker! I contacted her after reading and comparing her profile and reviews with others. Willette is super-knowledgeable and very matter-of-fact; I appreciate that she doesn't offer any of the (patronizing) syrupy sweetness that I'd experienced with another agent I met initially. Willette was prompt and responsive, provided great referrals and advice, and calmly steered me through the steps of buying a home (for the first time). I never got the feeling that I was bothering her with too many questions or concerns, nor did I ever feel like she was just trying to complete the sale. She was consistently helpful and positive, bringing a confident poise to every interaction. Willette is clearly a sincere ally in the buying/selling process, and knows her stuff about it.
