“I know North Georgia like the back of my hand … I think my favorite thing about real estate is showing people all the nooks and crannies,” explained William Ferguson, new to the Sun Realty family of agents. “I grew up here, I was raised in Dahlonega, I went to school here and I love introducing this region to newcomers,” William said. William attended what’s now called The University of North Georgia for business administration when locals knew it as “North Georgia College”. He bridged over to real estate from owning car dealerships in an effort to enjoy a more flexible schedule better suited to fatherhood. William has three children 22, 18 and 15. Now living in the Flowery Branch area, when William is not showing homes and property or shuttling his daughters to competitive cheering practice or competition, you can find him on a mountain bike at Chicopee Woods. Some of William’s favorite places to recommend to his clients are the Wagon Wheel and Smith House in Dahlonega and the Two Dog Café in Gainesville and Curt’s in Oakwood!
