I have been in a position to closely observe Bill in a few real estate transactions over the past year, and I am impressed. I sure didn't see that coming! Another time Bill was the purchasers' agent, in this super hot market they made offers together on a few properties and were not successful, the client just couldn't compete with all cash offers - but within a short time Bill was able to seal the deal on a property where their offer was not the highest price, or the best terms. That client was thrilled! Bill is patient, and relentless in his pursuit to meet the needs and desires of his clients.
