Mrs. GAINES was a realtor that we met because we were out on out own and found her brochure at a home we liked. Even though we didn't buy that particular house she kept in touch with us and provided many houses that fit our taste and desires. After about 3 days of ride arounds we were growing weary that we were ever going to find our perfect house. At this point we hadn't even signed any contract with Mrs.Gaines which showed us that she was not in it to push pressure on new home buyers. It was only a matter of time until we found our Lennar home site because we had enough of the pre owned houses. She was a terrific asset to have in the home buying process and even presented us with a classy bottle of bubbly to chastise our brand new home.

We had a fantastic experience with Yajaira. She is knowledgeable, honest, and kind, and she went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. She answered my many questions and responded quickly any time something came up. Yajaira truly listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect home for us. We had 2 days to find and make an offer on a house (with our almost 3 toddler). Yajaira was there for us from the start, before the hunting began. She was very timely and prompt. She listend to our wants, needs, and concerns and turned it in to a quick and stress free house buying experience. She was not afraid to stand up for us during negotiations. She took on the roll as realtor concierge to a "T" from having some fun things to occupy our little one on hand to being available during early morning to late evenings. She knew her territory well, and explained the whole process from documents to questions in a way that can be understood by anyone. She was there before, during, and after to make sure the transition was as easy as it could be for us. I cannot say enough about Yajaira, and she will be our go to in the future.

Yajaira is everything that you want in a realtor! She is professional, empathetic, knowledgable, efficient, and was always in my corner. For me personally- it was imperative that I sell my home in a specific timeline because I had to move to a new state. With Yajaira's awesome marketing plan and dedication, I sold my home in just a few months, making my home the first to sell in that section of the neighborhood in over a year (with many still sitting on the market, I might add)!! Yajaira was extremely confident and knowledgeable in regards to selling our home. She helped us to find contractors to do any necessary repairs and she negotiated perfectly with the buyers.
