Kim Yang is THE BEST!!! PERIOD!!! Below will illustrate why she should be your next realtor. First, a brief synopsis on my situation. I was a "rookie" to the entire home selling process. I inherited my primary residence and made it my home for nearly 18 years. Very minor upgrades were performed during my occupancy. Nonetheless, my home was well kept and located in a nice section of the city. The need for a transition presented itself to me and such transition had to happen in a "timely manner". Additionally, as part of this transition, I needed the sale of my home to require as minimal efforts (on my end) as possible so that I could focus on where I was headed/the future. I did my due diligence and interviewed several (almost double-digit) real estate agents. For me, an agent needed to exhibit AND be outstanding in the following 5 qualities to earn my trust: 1. Extraordinary knowledge and resource base 2. Exceptional work ethics 3. High level of integrity 4. Excellent presentation & communication skills 5. Ability to act timely/quickly. When I gave Kim the news that she would be my agent, she IMMEDIATELY put into action all of the aforementioned qualities. She took the ball, ran with it, and didn't look back. First up was her suggested "to do list" to help increase house appeal. All I had to do was give the OK and she would handle EVERYTHING in getting the list done. I agreed to these items because they were minimal & reasonable in terms of time/cost/efforts on my end. Next was her marketing strategy, which was impressive (pictures, website, price-point). When multiple offers came, she provided me counsel and guidance on the pros/cons of each. On the day Kim communicated that the sale would close the following day, I was overwhelmed with emotion.
