My experience with Yolanda Sabagala was really great! She helped me in buying and years later selling my house. Both of those tasks proved fairly difficult for various reasons, but she stayed patient and informative the whole way through. She was not only patient but her knowledge of the market, as well as construction, was INVALUABLE as we moved through the process. She was also incredibly responsive to ALL of my questions and needs. Yolanda did an amazing job helping us look for our second home. She was available anytime throughout the day. She was available to answer any concerns and questions we had. If she did not have the answer or wasnt sure of something she would find out and get back to us as soon as she could. She sends us the listing of homes in the area we were interested in as soon as they came into the market and kept it in our price range. When we were ready to tour homes she was available and ready. Once we choose our home she was there thru out the process. If that was talking to our loan officer or the broker and making sure everything was getting done in a timely manner. Yolanda Sabagala is a fantastic realtor, and guided our first-time homebuyers painlessly through the process. We'd use her again in a heartbeat.My wife Jasmin and I decided to take the plunge into homeownership, but we couldn't afford much--$250K gets you the snub from most realtors in this town. Yolanda treated us like we were her only clients. She walked us through the entire process. We were interested in getting a foreclosure, which I've learned is a painful process for VA backed loans. Yolanda didn't flinch. She told us she'd handle a foreclosure for us, but also informed us of the risks involved with it. Thanks to Yolanda's insight, we ultimately decided to go with a Home in Lacey instead. Over the next week, Yolanda hooked us up with some online listings and took us to see several properties that fit our budget. She asked all the right questions, including plenty of things I wouldn't have thought to ask. When we finally found our Home in Lacey, Yolanda handled all the paperwork for both us and the seller (agent was so much trouble but Yolanda handle him very well). The seller wanted to close quickly. Yolanda made us stiffen our spine and we ultimately got the seller to concede and pay all closing cost. That's $10K in the bank right there.Yolanda made sure we signed our papers, returned all our phone calls and emails the same day, and treated us like we were buying a million dollar home. She gave us recommendations for a lender and a painter, both of whom were way better than the people I found on my own. A month after we finally moved in, Yolanda surprised us, gave us a certificate to a nice dinner. She didn't need to do any of that, but it was an extra flourish that showed us she really cared.In short, if you're buying your first home, you can't go wrong with Yolanda Sabagala. Lots of realtors are condescending to young couples, but she treated us with care and respect. We love our new home and we have her represent us again.

Yolanda Sabagala did a great job showing us the Tacoma area. She did an amazing job working with us, especially since we were living out of hotel with no knowledge of the area. Not only did she have tons of listings according to our needs, but she went out of her way to show us travelling shortcuts, high traffic times etc that information really helped us to narrow down our search for the perfect home. Yolanda showed so much patience taking us from town to town. With her advice we were able to narrow down two prospects, and she was excellent in helping us weigh the pros and cons of each property. Ultimately, we chose a new construction home in Puyallup that has great views, more space and a deck! Yolanda handled all the paperwork and acted as an amazing liaison to speed up the process for closing, since we were living out of hotels for such a long period of time. We own other homes and have had various experiences and it's great when you meet a realtor who understands the military and the service members needs, one who relates with your family on the same level. She constantly back briefed us, returned emails and calls, never leaving us uninformed. She knew the area like the back of her hand and had great spots for us to consider. Without her expert advice and guidance, we would be completely lost and probably still be looking for a home.
