I decided to go with Yelp to find out the best realtor in the Fremont- Newark area and Yvette more than lived up to her reviews.Realizing we were early in the process, she advised us on a bunch of things to do and provided us with contacts for the same with honest opinions of each contactI dislike people who are pushy in general and Yvette was a perfect fit for us. She handled everything at the pace we wanted. She was always super responsive; She would send documents at 12.00 in the night and reply to emails early in the morning. She knows the Fremont/ Newark/Union City area well. Having sold/ bought a ton of houses she has a good rapport with other agents too, which is super useful and an advantage during the buying process.Inspite of having personal commitments, she was always responsive and available. Even after we bought the house, she went out of her way to address small fixes around the house.She is one of the best professionals I have worked with and will gladly recommend her to anyone.

We found Yvette on Yelp and the reviews do not lie. I do not usually leave reviews on Yelp unless the experience is extremely negative or positive.If you are looking for an agent in the Fremont/Newark/Union City area do not hesitate to contact her. We closed on our house in Union City in July 2018.We initially tried the whole Redfin "do it yourself" method but after searching aimlessly for several months, a few failed bids, and poor follow up from several agents we decided to find ourselves a professional. The market is tough right now, and you need to find a good agent who will do her best to represent you.Yvette truly has your best interests in mind and is not a pushy agent. For me it was important to find an agent that would not do anything to simply close a sale, but to keep our best interests in mind. We put in several offers before we were able to close on our house; Yvette stuck with us the whole time and would let us know when our bid was too high- something that can easily happen when you become desperate trying to win a house in this market.Yvette is extremely responsive regardless of your preferred medium. I have called, texted, and emailed her at all hours and she is always very fast to reply. I just texted her to ask the paint color of the walls in our house (few months after close) and she replied back within minutes.The last point to take away from this is that Yvette is not just an agent there to close the sale for you, collect commission, and move on. I have been in contact with her after close to ask about small things such as paint colors, security door codes, etc. She has done everything in her power to ensure that our first house is perfect. We went on vacation for 2 weeks after close, and when we came back Yvette had the house professionally cleaned, lawns mowed, and defects in the house all fixed for us out of her own volition.In an industry that can be difficult to navigate, especially for a first-time homebuyer, Yvette turned what was an initially frustrating and painful process to one that was smooth and enjoyable.

Yvette is the best! We found her on Yelp just as my boyfriend and I were starting to get serious about house hunting, and are so glad we did. Our first conversation with her was late at night on a Friday, after she had spent the entire day dealing with a situation at one of her houses. Even then she didn't seem rushed or sound tired but was genuinely eager to talk to us and get to know what we were looking for. That was basically our relationship through this entire process - as first time home buyers we definitely had a million and one questions, and Yvette was always so personable and prompt in responding no matter what time of day it was!When we finally found a house that we wanted to put an offer on, she was able to help us get that accepted right away (we didn't think it would happen that fast as it was literally the first house we put an offer on!). We just bought our first home and Yvette helped us get 'our' home. We found her via yelp and let me tell you that everything we read about her is so true. She is one of the most genuine people we have come across. Not like the desperate real estate agents trying to make a quick sale. This is a belated review, during the past 3 years Yvette helped me twice: one purchase and one sell. As a picky guy, especially for something as big as a house, I still have to say that Yvette is really the best.Yvette was a very professional and efficient agent for my purchase 3 years ago. After understanding my purchase needs, e.g budget, location preference, etc, she spent an hour or two taking me to an open house and explained in details what to look for, and potentially how much I needed to spent if I'd like to remodel or fix somewhere, that was extremely necessary for a newbie home buyer and laid the foundation of my purchase knowledge base. After that I started to go to open houses myself, and whenever I found a good candidate she'd be there herself to do a full examine. Something magically about Yvette is that, you know she has lots of customers to deal with, and she always couldn't pick up your call because she's right in another call, but it doesn't affect you at all because she always manages to have a detailed conversation with you in time, no matter its 8am in the morning or 12am in the midnight, and answer all your doubts and questions. When sending offers she makes sure you don't overpay tens of thousand dollars. Even more amazing: after closing when I was abroad for more than a month, she had someone go to my house to water the lawns almost everyday, for free!Naturally when I had the need to sell the house, I asked for help from Yvette. It's a total do-nothing-just-wait-to-collect-the-money experience. Again I was not in town for the whole period of the selling (which lasted around a month and half starting from preparation to closing). Yvette is the best agent I've ever met.The process of selling my home is simple and I don't need to worry about anything. Once I leave my key to Yvette, she helped me to arrange the inspection company, re-paint my house and install railing for my deck in the backyard. It's great to work with Yvette ! We've known her for the last 3 years. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She knows the Fremont/tri city neighborhoods inside out. We had NO IDEA where to start when it came to finding a realtor. We checked Yelp and found Yvette. She seemed to have good reviews, so we took a chance on her. This was a big decision for us; we are not wealthy and everything we had was in our house. We were very impressed with Yvette! She understood our anxiety over such a big decision. Her confidence and experience took away our anxiety quickly! She moved quickly and told us what we needed to do to help her sell our house.
