Absolute horrible people. “Zach” decided that calling names and making fun of families who are struggling was okay. They will take your application money, then rent it out underneath you. They sent us with 2 small children into a dilapidated unit with rotting base boards, mold in the fridge and freezer, a flooded laundry room, and urine in the toilet and on the floor. Avoid this company and their slum lord tactics at all costs. They will do everything to lie, steal, insult, and cheat their way to your money. Then, they reply to reviews of their nasty tactics with “oh, you were childish blah blah blah, you this you that” without ever taking responsibility for being a horrible company and even worse human. Even threatened to attempt to get my wife fired, which is rather funny when their best comeback was “You're crying over $100. Are you 17? Are you broke?” Real mature. Real professional. Had better service from used car salesmen.
