Dear EVERYONE,I've had the great pleasure of getting to know Zack Bonczek and I can honestly say I don't know many people I would feel more comfortable recommend then him! Zack and his team go the extra mile to make you feel like your totally involved in all the good ways, but not bothered by the areas of stress that come along with the buying or selling process, at least this was my experience. Zack was awesome from start to finish. My wife and I had recently relocated to the Charlotte area and were looking for a home. Zack spent a long time with us getting to know us and what was important to us in a new home. We eventually decided to buy a new build as opposed to an existing home and Zack again spent a lot of time with us explaining the process of purchasing a new build. The entire process took about four months from start to finish and Zack stayed connected to us all along the way. I have bought three houses and sold two, and Zack is hands-down the best agent Ive worked with. From the very beginning of the process he listened to us really listened to learn what would make our family of three happy in a new home. He then explained the importance of marketing and pricing our existing property perfectly, and it was under contract in three days! Within a week, we found our dream home and started making plans. Throughout the entire process, Zack wasnt just our agent he was our true advocate. The buying and selling process can be very stressful, and some agents lob information over the fence, so to speak, with no real guidance or direction on what the next steps should be. I appreciated Zack so much because he provided the information we needed, explained everything clearly and patiently, and was gracious with all of our questions and ultimately, our decisions.
