I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I were to have worked with Zak on helping us find (and close on!) our home here in Carmel Valley.From the very beginning, Zak was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial phone conversation (as we were moving from the San Diego area) to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and Zak worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. Weekly and most times daily, Zak sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from him in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. He was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We have an 11 year old daughter and so having a top school district was something that was #1 on out list.On top of everything else, Zak guided us through the entire process with a smile and a positive outlook no matter the circumstances. He took upon himself to find contractors for us to complete needed projects prior to closing and found us an agent to underwrite for fire insurance, no easy task here in Carmel! Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, Zak brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous out of town buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Zak will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.Cannot recommend Zak enough.
