I'm Zane Gerringer, and I reside in Gibsonville, NC with my family: Fernanda, Madeleine and pound-puppy, Blu. I provide real estate brokerage services to Greensboro and all four corners of Guilford County, and I strive to help my clients make smart real estate decisions. I also focus on streamlining the process and giving my clients perspective and advice so that buying or selling a home can be as stress-free as possible. I initially became interested in real estate for investment purposes but soon realized I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I saw a lot of common place practices in how most agents were working with buyers and sellers that could use improvement or were unnecessary, and I pride myself on brutal honesty with my clients.
