I stress communication that is sensitive to the individual needs and personal habits of my clients: text/email/zoom-virtual/in person/phone calls etc. When or if a problem or situation arrives, I manage and resolve issues calmly, peacefully and work to find the best and most practical solution. I am able to suggest contractors or other avenues to keep all the “pieces in place”. My advice will be frank, practical and logical. Buyers will find me easy to work with, honest, down to earth, levelheaded with valuable and practical information.
