If the property is on a lake or has acreage or other visually unique features, I hire a professional photographer to do still photos and video by drone to capture every facet, so that prospective buyers can visualize walking through your home before they even step foot inside. I have even come to a property on several occasions to take photos if the weather is better or to get lighting just right. I write extensive descriptions in the comments that illustrate all the top features your home has to offer, as well as verbally paint a picture of what it’s like to live there.
