A questionnaire is emailed, which seeks detailed buying goals, wants and needs. 3.) I contact the Loan officer/broker for an introduction. Understand the program buyer qualifications are. 4.) Personal in-office meeting. Discuss home criteria, goals, map out the home search, instruct services available on MLS, Multiple Listing Service search. Review Representation documents, inspection, radon, sewer, chimney, buyers flowchart and process. 5.) Schedule date for previewing homes. 6.) I review seller disclosures, truth and housing reports and area stats.
