A questionnaire is emailed, which seeks detailed buying goals, wants and needs. 3.) I contact the Loan officer/broker for an introduction. Understand the program buyer qualifications are. 4.) Review Representation documents, inspection, radon, sewer, chimney, buyers flowchart and process. 5.) Schedule date for previewing homes. 6.)
