Unknowingly, my career goes back to when I was 15 and my Father owned a construction company. Every summer vacation or school break, I would physically work with his rough and finish carpentry crews. In my college years, I began working for him as a project manager. When my Father retired in the early 2000's, I started my own contracting/custom home business. When the economy crashed in 2008, I got my Real Estate license. Initially, I intended to flip and sell foreclosures.
