Tom LeCain began his career in real estate in 1992 in the northern Atlanta area where he started his first brokerage: ERA North Point Properties in Roswell, Georgia. After 7 years of success in building both commercial and residential real estate sales, Prudential Georgia Realty bought his brokerage and made Tom an offer to head up the consolidation of Prudential Georgia Realty's North Park office and their Dunwoody office to form the company's first mega office of more than 100 agents. After one year and with great success Tom took his talents further with the company as Director of Education. Under Tom's tutelage, Prudential Georgia Realty grew from a 600-agent company to a company of well over 1,300 agents with annual revenue in excess of $2 billion. In addition, Tom also brought his talents to overhaul the company's web site setting the "gold standard" of method and design by which many other competitors follow today. In the latter part of Tom's tenure at Prudential, he resigned from corporate life back to where he began as an independent sales contractor and launched Atlanta Home Advice Partners. Within the first year of operations Tom closed more than $5 million in sales volume and achieved a standing in the top 5% of all agents in the entire Prudential National system. In 2004 he also took over as qualifying broker for The Ridges Development Group in Hayesville, NC, a gated golf resort community on the north shore of Lake Chatuge, where he quickly brought sales to nearly $20 million dollars within 18 months.
