Brian is an amazing agent. When we first spoke and let them know that I was only going to be in the states for a short period of time. I needed to move really fast in a super aggressive market to purchase a second home. The place needed to be turnkey ready, able to be rented out with upside potential for when we come back to the US. Brian was able to walk me through the whole process and in less than 5 weeks I went from house hunter to closing on a DC colonial brick house that I foresee meeting our short and long-term needs. Your definitely in good hands with Brian!
