Adam Baldauf

Adam is without a doubt the best realtor in Tucson, and he's an all around great dude as well! He helped us through a tough 5-month long home purchase (long story short - it had some strange zoning and financing issues that made it difficult but still very worthwhile) that would have tested the patience of most saints. I know that I am also a difficult client since I am impatient and easily frustrated. Adam was unflinching through the entire process. Here is just a short summary of hurdles we had to jump: 1) Finding a lender who could handle our very specific type of loan (Adam referred us to Margaret Taylor with NOVA Home Loans, who I will also write a glowing review for!); 2) Finding suitable comps for the appraiser, since again, this was a strange property with nothing similar in the area; 3) Meeting with and coordinating meetings between myself, the homeowner, the appraiser, the lender, etc. to help expedite/mitigate various issues that arose along the way; 4) Helping to facilitate countless other issues - too numerous to recount in anything less than a novel! - that we encountered throughout the process. This was my second home purchase so I was not completely inexperienced. I had been through the process and thought I knew what to expect. Well I was completely wrong and unbelievably lucky to have stumbled upon (almost literally) Adam. He is not only incredibly smart and patient, he is also a caring family man who is genuinely compassionate about his clients. He took my phone calls at all hours of the day and night and on the weekends. He was proactive and quick to respond to my concerns. I can honestly say that this deal would not have happened if we hadn't been working with him. My patience was severely tested on multiple occasions, but Adam's calmness and professionalism helped to keep me on the path (sounds like an AA sponsor endorsement...)! I'm a contractor and the best compliment I can think to give is this: After 5 months of tough and frustrating work, I consider Adam to be a friend and I will absolutely use him for our next home purchase. I will refer him to all my friends, my family, and my own clients. P.S. He's got a great sense of humor, which is a HUGE asset and generally lacking in the real estate industry!
