I service both the Sarasota and Charlotte County areas (including Englewood, Venice, Sarasota, Cape Haze, Rotonda and Port Charlotte). I'm originaly from Brooklyn, New York and later moved to Santa Barbara, California. I relocated to Florida in 1973 and found my "own bit of paradise" in Englewood, where I've resided since 1981. We could get very little productive attention to prepare before physically moving to this area. Once we moved, we had little internet access at the hotel to prepare for meetings with Adele. She had only limited lists we had emailed her before moving. She did not seem very interested in spending much time until we were actually face to face. Adele was not of much help explaining the rental situation to out-of-state people like us, especially with pets.
