Adrian Sanchez began his career in Real Estate as an agent for Oceanview International Realty in May of 2005 specializing in pre-construction sales in the South Beach/Brickell/Downtown area. When the market collapsed, Mr. Sanchez shifted his focus on distressed sales in Miami Dade county. In 2008, he began acquiring distressed assets at foreclosure auction for remodeling and "flipping." This, soon led to the administration of a real estate investment fund where he continues to manage over $50M in investor funds for purchase, rehab and resale of distressed properties. In 2009, he earned his real estate Broker's license and began his own company, Waterfront Investment Real Estate, LLC (W.I.R.E).
